My driveway started in August 2016, and is still incomplete. I have flooding issues to the foundation of my home, one side of driveway sits below ground level so I have water standing approximately 4-6 foot on driveway when it rains. Potholes all over, humps all over and still parking across the street since no one can use the driveway because it is incomplete. Have not seen Rountree Engineering & Contracting/Dan Rountree since August 24, 2016 when I pointed out potholes to him. Numerous e-mails to him with pictures. Videos uploaded to youtube showing the incomplete driveway with the surface and the type of job his company has done for me. Dan, I am sorry that you feel that I am bullying, slandering etc. you, but you got partial payment and to this day, Nov. 1, 2016, this driveway of yours has not been used or driven on, no access to the road, substandard work, flooding in yard (not the ditch) and I could continue. So, your reply to my review, was very unwarranted when you know yourself, that the work you did is not complete, no site for repairs from you or the removal of this driveway. Proof is what this is all about.

Not very professional in talking to me as a customer. Very unprofessional workmanship laying a 100' driveway, Potholes all over, lumps all over, one side sitting 2" below ground level, other side 4" above ground level, drainage in yard not ditch, water problem going back to foundation of house. I would not recommend Rountree Engineering & Contracting for any driveway work. If I could rate below a 1 star I would.
Our family hired this company to complete some grading work and construct a walkway, and they were excellent from start to finish. In this day and time, it is refreshing to work with such professional, courteous, and knowledgeable people. We highly recommend this company -- and they will certainly be our first choice for additional work in the future.
I hired this company to dig a ditch in my side yard where water was not draining. They were prompt and tactful in carrying out the job. When one ditch cut did not work, they came out and did a second one free of charge. Dan was a pleasure to work with and had excellent communication throughout the process. I would highly recommend Rountree Engineering and Contracting for any dirt work you are getting done.
As you can see after all the flooding back to the foundation to my home, that in March 2017, I had the driveway torn up by another contractor that also replaced my driveway. In the latest picture, you can see different sizes of the concrete that Rountree Engineering & Contracting installed. They were suppose to install a 6" thick driveway, the big chunk that you see is 12", some is 9", 8" and 4". Has no clue what he was doing! Beware if you hire him for a driveway.
